Hi I would like to request for a Certificate of No Title regarding Lot No. 2955 located in Barangay Paloc, Bigue, Municipality of Dumangas, Iloilo, with an area of 0.3124 ha. and  registered in the name of Sps. Dedase Manuel and Descuatan, Marciana, under Tax Declaration No. 17-0030-00045.

Your Request

You asked for Certificate of No Title.

Response to Request

In order to proceed for the titling process, you need to verify first if the property has a title already (you may check through tax declaration at the portion OCT/TCT/CCT) if no details found, you need to comply the requirements for Lot Status (one of the requirements in titling) at Window 11, LRA One-Stop-Shop.

Titling can be done through Department of Environment and Natural Resources and or through Court.
