I would like to followup the "ongoing transaction" (year 2019).
When I request certified true copy of title, there is an annotation at the end of the CTC and here are the details:

Registered name : Fermina P. Dela Cruz
Location : Pandi Bulacan
area : 230sqm
ongoing transaction entry no. 2019031995
ongoing transaction entry date: Dec. 19, 2019
