To whom it may concern:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Can I please request for a copy of the Title Registration or relevant decree of the above mentioned land if there is any. Should there be no record, can i already conclude that it is labelled as unregistered land.  By the way, I am a buyer/owner in good faith of a portion of this property ( with tax declaration under my name duly registered to ROD ) i want to know if filing thru DENR for administrative  titling will be my next move to complete my land ownership.

Since you do not have a title to your land, you may go to the Bureau of Lands/DENR to know the requirements for administrative patent. Or get a status of your lot number from them. Thank you.
