Subdivision Plan Request

Requested from LRA by J. Bilasano at 01:13 PM on Dec 15, 2022.
Purpose: Relocation Survey due to boundary dispute
Date of Coverage: 02/15/2012 - 12/15/2022
Tracking no: #LRA-274621560531

Bilasano 01:13 PM, Dec 15, 2022

I acquire Lot property last 2012 part of subdivision plan Psd-03-165428. As of today, I am facing a boundary dispute & have consulted Geodetic Engineer for a relocation survey. One of required documents for the survey is an Approve Subdivision Plan which I have before but missed place as I didn’t know the importance of it on the early days of my property acquisition.

In this regards, I would like to request a copy of the following:

1. subdivision plan Psd-03-165428.
2. subdivision plan Psd 288824
3. Cadastral map of B.L.LM #2 Gapan Cad

Best regards,

Jonathan L. Bilasano
Land Title Holder
