For your concern, kindly request the Certification of Lot Status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11. You have to comply with the requirements needed for you to secure the certification you are requesting. If you can not visit in person, please ask someone to request it for you, 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
