To whom it may concern,

I would like to follow up the status of transfer of Title of Land with TCT No. 042-2019011460 that I have purchased and paid in full since September of 2019, but until now I do not have the title under my name. Can you please advise if the application for transfer of title to my name has been actually submitted by my agent and what is the current status?  I asked him to provide me the EPEB No. so I can I check the status online. However until today he has not given it, that is why I am sending this request seeking for your kind assistance. Thank You.
