I would like to inquire the Tax Declaration No. 018-0264 lot no. 4788 located at Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City, Quezon Province.  I am Son in Law of the son of the Owner of the said lot. He requested me to help him to verify his parents lot property since it has been a long time he didnt updated it and he also getting older as he want to transfer some of his properties to his family. I, in behalf of my father in law requesting to verify if the above Tax decleration lot is still under the name of my father in law parents and not transferred to any one without his consent.
