Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2022 01:50:08 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for The Number of Reported Road Traffic Violation in the Philippines.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide the statistics of the year 2021 since the whole data is too large for the eFOI Portal.

Attached herewith is the data of Reported Road Traffic Violation in the Philippines Annual, 2021. The only available data that we can give you is by year because according to the Planning Staff, if the requested year is over, it will be consolidated annually. 

Please be informed that the rest of the data will be sent via Zimbra through ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph covering the Road Traffic Violation in the Philippines for the year 2022 (January-August).

In addition, this Office does not have the information you have requested with regard the Number of Reported Road Traffic Injuries every month. However, you may wish to contact the Department of Health (DOH) in relation to this concern at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=DOH.
