Request for records of Motor Vehicle registered under my name

Requested from LTO by A. Salon Jr. at 05:47 AM on May 24, 2023.
Purpose: Personal use
Date of Coverage: 01/01/1985 - 03/25/2023
Tracking no: #LTO-186531808468

Salon Jr. 05:47 AM, May 24, 2023

I would like to request a list or record of all registered motor vehicles under my name. The reason is that some may have been sold already or returned to the dealer but may still be under my name which when encounter accidents or involved in illegal activities would fall against me so I want them to be removed once I verified not in my position.

Name: Antonio Josol Salon Jr.
Date of Birth: November 7, 1985
Current Address: Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu

Thank you
