I would like to seek you assistance in the follow-up of my application for ombudsman clearance submitted last May 9, 2023. It's been almost 3 weeks and I sent three (3) email follow-ups already and there has been no response from ombclearance@ombudsman.gov.ph. I just received an initial auto reply:
