You asked for The number of Carabao's existing in the Philippines.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://psa.gov.ph/content/carabao-situation-report-january-march-2018. 

According to the reports, Carabao inventory in the Philippines as of January 1, 2018 slightly increased by 0.03 percent from its level in 2017 to 2,882,655 heads this year.
