Good morning Ma'am. The Dairy Buffalo Production Handbook's digital or pdf cannot be viewed nor be downloaded on the PCC website so that's why I requested it here po. I've contacted the Regional PCC on my province ang called many time however, they said that the assigned personnel is always out. Please, the deadline was ended and the defense is already next week. I cannot go to any offices because of the pandemic so I was hoping that you could help me online.
