Dear Denise,

Thank you for your request dated Feb 14, 2017 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of instances Filipino fishermen encountered foreign fishermen in the Scarborough Shoal.

We received your request on Feb 14, 2017 and supposed to respond on or before Mar 07, 2017 unfortunately due to some technical problems and conflict in accessing our FOI Account, we failed to noticed your request.

Nevertheless, we're currently processing your request but we need to have more time to work it out.
