Mag request po sana ako ng SIRB REGISTRATION RECORD para sa nawala Kong seaman book B353235 na meron entries.
Issue Nung pang 1994-1995
Sa ILOILO CITY.kailangan ko kasi ito para maka pag renew ng mga documents ko sa marina.sinabi kasi ng marina MISS office na wLa yun pangalan ko sa data base na binagay ng tanggapan ninyo sa taon 1991,1992,1993,1994.1995.baka meron po ibang paraan na ma recover yun SIRB REGISTRATION RECORD..or kahit makapagbigay man lang ng certificate o endorsement para sa dun sa nawala Kung records.
