Hello, 

I'm currently doing research on the impact of Typhoons on Philippines ports and I'd like to request all of the Philippine Coast Guard's Reports on Typhoon Phanfone/Ursula which occurred last December 2019. I understand that there are at least 4 reports that were submitted to NDRRMC to detail the status of ports during the typhoon. I'd like to get ALL the reports that were submitted to NDRRMC during the typhoon.
