Hello!

I am looking for the exact location (latitude, longitude) of existing oil terminals and offshore wells in the Philippines. Additional information such as the operator, years in operation, previous oil spill events on a specific oil terminal/offshore well, etc will be well-appreciated. 

This will be used as baseline data for the environmental monitoring efforts of the government agency where I work for.
