Good evening,
I would like to request a copy of my Swab test result at lancaster hotel manila(shaw boulevard for verification.since there are some cases of system error yesterday that some of my batch from repatriated ofw got false positive result and after an hour got negative,I cannot track my result in balikpinas.ph and also tried to contact UP NIH laboratory for the result and they told me they are not allow to release it and I need to contact PH cost guard with regards to my concern.
