Ramos 11:18 PM, Jun 26, 2022

Hi, I would like to request the number per type of maritime security cases (i.e. illegal fishing, marine pollution) acted upon and filed in the fiscal by Ph Coast Guard from 2020 to 2022.

The data needed should also include:

1. Number of apprehension.
2. Number of cases where they are the actual agency who apprehended the offenders.
3. Number of cases where the offenders were only endorsed to them for disposition (i.e by civilians, BFAR, Navy, PNP).
4. Number of cases filed to fiscal.
5. Number of cases dismissed by fiscal.

Thank you so much.
