I refer to my letter of Feb 10, 2023 02:33:38 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Oil spills in the Philippines.

Our response to your request is due on Mar 03, 2023 02:33:38 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because our Marine Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM)'s database is currently experiencing some technical difficulties.

You asked for Oil spills in the Philippines.
