Hi! I want to ask and clarify if there is an existing (or existing proposal, perhaps) about the Philippine Heart Center branch in CALABARZON.

1.) If there is, may I know the site's location?
2.) Are there plans already if it is only a proposal? 

I need to know this information before I proceed with my thesis proposal, as we are prohibited from suggesting one if it already has plans. Hence, I want to ask about it. I am hoping for your response; thank you so much!
