Hi! I would like to request the information regarding:

a. married but Separated Spouse for 20years. is it still qualified for primary beneficiary?

b. Spouse never support his 2 children in custody of his wife since 1997 when they got separated. still qualified for primary beneficiary?

c. Both had both had a different correlation since separated.
