Dear Mr. Escorial:

Thank you for your request for information on the Memorandum of Agreement for the P3.0 million assistance fund released to the Municipal Government of Tunga, Leyte under Executive Order No. 2 dated July 23, 2016, on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We received your request on March 31, 2020 at 02:45:27 PM.

We would like to inform you that the processing of FOI requests during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) was suspended on March 16, 2020. In this regard, and since the ECQ was lifted at the National Capital Region on June 01, 2020, we are now processing your request. We shall send you our reply on or before June 22, 2020 at 02:45:27 PM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.

This refers to your request for information on the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the ₱3.0 million fund assistance released to the Municipal Government of Tunga, Leyte for the victims of Typhoon Ursula, which we received thru the eFOI portal on 31 May 2020, for processing pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 02, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch. 

We would like to inform you that the Office of the President-Presidential Management Staff has no information on the said MOA since it did not process the said fund assistance.  In this regard, we have referred your request to the Office of the President- Malacañang Records Office (OP-MRO), for appropriate action.
