Dear Ms. Lim-Eisma:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your request, dated February 21, 2023, for the directory of groups/organizations in the government sector and non-government organizations that provide medical and financial assistance.

May we note that the PMS is not in custody of the requested information. Further, non-government organizations are not within the direct purview of the national government. However, per Executive Order no. 15, s. 2023, the facilitation of requests for assistance from the general public falls under the control and supervision of the Office of the Executive Secretary through the Presidential Action Center. As such, said office may have some of the pertinent information that you need. Hence, we have referred your request to the OP-Malacanang Records Office for their evaluation and appropriate action.
