BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN,

1. Kindly advise why you are publicizing documents in relation to a Criminal Complaint of a Minor, naming a Minor Complainant in public, and supplying the address of a Minor Complainant on the world wide web, all contrary to law?

2. Kindly advise why you still have not told me what are the "Plainly Discernible Improper Motives (Harassment)" I have been accused of in public by the PNP?

I requested under FOI for the name of the FDM (Decision Maker) which is required by law to be provided, and when I request the law to be followed, I am Defamed in public with Imputations.

This and your actions will be judged by the Supreme Court
