Good day!
I am Rica C. Abad, a fifth year college student of Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology. I am conducting my research for my undergraduate thesis entitled, "Paglayag:Reimagining Tabaco International Sea Port for the Future," as a requirement for my Architectural Design 9 course.
In line with this, I would like to request the following data:
1. PPA Design/Planning Standards for Port Planning
2. PPA PMO Bicol Port Statistics
3. PPA PMO Bicol Inward and Outward Cargo Throughput
4. Statistical Summary Report for Tabaco Port (2015-2019)

You asked for PPA Design/Planning Standards for Port Terminals and port statistics of PMO-Bicol

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from http://www.ppa.com.ph/annual-statistical-report-by-year-vol-1.

For your request for port planning manual and guidelines, however, kindly submit the following in order for us to process your request: (1) duly signed and accomplished Access to Information Request Form; and (2) school indorsement stating that you are currently enrolled for the semester and the purpose of the request. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to us. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
