September 14, 2021 Dear MARIA MAUREEN ANNE ROQUE, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 14, 2021 01:07:59 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request Interview for PPA. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office may only provide data or documents available through the Freedom of Information Process, however, interviews are not feasible due to the implemented skeletal work arrangements. Our office aligned its process that would be most beneficial in this period of caution. This is to ensure that our service level is maintained but still protects the safety of our internal stakeholders. However, you may still submit your FOI Request if you need any data or document for your Research. You may submit said request to foi1@ppa.com.ph provided you submit the following requirements as provided under PPA FOI Manual: 1.) Signed copy of duly accomplished FOI Form; (downloadable at PPA Website https://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf ); 2.) School ID; and 2.) School endorsement letter signed by your Thesis Professor. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi1@ppa.com.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
