I am Jayar Lamson, Community Relations Officer of SCRP. For our Railway project, we are conducting a research on average cost of 20-ha reclamation in Subic Olongapo or inside SMBA. In relations to this, may we request your good office the copy of the following documents and/or information:
1. Average cost of reclamation inside SBMA.
2. Cost of reclamation or recent reclamation projects in the philippines.
3. Reclamation project (past and future) in SBMA.
4. Factors to consider in costing for reclamation
5. Other studies.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested because this Agency has not received any application to reclaim nor issued any approval in Subid Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).
