We, Genesis Anne Leal and Aubrey Lalaine Lomibao, are 5th year students from University of the Philippines Diliman taking up Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering. We are conducting a research project entitled, Application of PS-InSAR Technique on Monitoring Ground Deformation of Land Reclamation in Manila Bay Freeport Zone using Sentinel-1 Imagery. We are humbly requesting your permission to provide the Boulevard 2000 Integrated Framework Plan. We are currently in the phase of processing data for our study area. I refer to my letter of Feb 06, 2023 12:19:29 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Integrated Framework Plan of Boulevard 2000.
