Good day!

We, Genesis Anne Leal and Aubrey Lalaine Lomibao, are 5th year students from University of the Philippines Diliman taking up Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering. We are conducting a research project entitled, Application of PS-InSAR Technique on Monitoring Ground Deformation of Land Reclamation in Manila Bay Freeport Zone using Sentinel-1 Imagery. We are humbly requesting your permission to provide the Boulevard 2000 Integrated Framework Plan. We are currently in the phase of processing data for our study area. We are looking forward to your favorable response.

I refer to my letter of Feb 06, 2023 12:19:29 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Integrated Framework Plan of Boulevard 2000.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
