Good day,
I would like to request a copy of the memorandum of agreements signed by the PRA for reclamation projects with LGU/Private Sector proponents. (PHCRP, MSCRP, MWCRP, MCNRDP, etc.)
My thesis is an analysis of the constitutionality of the disposition of reclaimed lands to private corporations. The data that I am requesting will be used to see if the JV agreement between the LGU and Private Sector regarding their land share was recognized in their respective MOA.
I acquired a list of ongoing projects from PRA's Annual Report 2016-2022.
