Hi! I would like to know if it is allowed to excavate and to elevated a portion of reclaimed land in Bacoor Reclamation Project? Or are there any rules and regulations related to that topic?

Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, in compliance with PRA FOI Manual Revised 2021 Edition, under Sec. 4.2.4, please indicate sufficiently your purpose of request, under Sec. 4.2.5, please provide us an endorsement letter from your school and send it to and under Sec. 4.3.3, you shall execute an undertaking that the PRA will be provided with the output/manual/thesis/recognition where the information requested was used/utilized. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to General Manager Atty. Janilo E.
