Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 22, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for List of Pending Applications & Approved Reclamation Projects.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory field, in compliance with PRA FOI manual 2021 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that " The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific  and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information" or "for legal purposes" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement. In such a case, the FRO shall require the requesting party to clarify or indicate sufficiently her/his request before the request will be accepted for processing". In case the request for information is in connection with a school-sanctioned project, thesis or other scholarly pursuit, an endorsement letter from the educational institution should be attached to the request. Hence, kindly comply with the mentioned requirements and resubmit your request at info@pea.gov.ph.
 
Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to General Manager Atty. Janilo E. Rubiato at info@pea.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
