February 25, 2021 Dear Jules Cyber, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 24, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Update on the 360-ha Pasay Reclamation. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, in compliance with PRA FOI Manual 2021 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that " The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information" or "for legal purposes" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement. In such a case, the FRO shall require the requesting party to clarify or indicate sufficiently her/his request before the request will be accepted for processing".
