Hi, I would like to request information on the status of the 360-ha Pasay Reclamation project of a private developer.

I believe it already received the notice to proceed from the LGU, but what is the final status -- can the reclamation start within the year or next year? What other approvals does it need?

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, in compliance with PRA FOI Manual 2021 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that " The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information" or "for legal purposes" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement. In such a case, the FRO shall require the requesting party to clarify or indicate sufficiently her/his request before the request will be accepted for processing". Therefore, may we request to indicate sufficiently  the purpose of your request.

Your right to request a review
