Dear  Sir/Madam,

Good day!

I am Pearl Angelie V. Mahusay, a Filipino representative of the Marine and Coastal Construction Services (MACCS), UK, an international construction company interested in the above-subject. MACCS works with dredging and marine civil engineering contractors, consultants and others interested in the Manila Bay Reclamation Project.

I would respectfully ask when will be the prequalification date for the reclamation services? Please let me know as MACCS is interested in participating with the bidding process as soon as the invitation to bid is given.
