Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested, relative to the information regarding the contractors and their contact details, we regret to inform you that our the Agency does not directly coordinate with the proponent's contractors. Hence, we don not have any of their details. You may directly coordinate with the project proponents and/or (JV) partners.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our General Manager Atty. Janilo E. Rubiato at info@pea.gog.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
