I would like to request a list of the status of reclamation projects around the country as of January 2022. Please include the basic details such as name of project, proponent, and location, too.

I refer to my letter of Jan 13, 2022 03:40:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Status of Reclamation Projects in the Philippines.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory field, in compliance with PRA FOI Manual 2021 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that "The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific and clearly described. Mere statement of the purpose such as "for research", "for information" or "for legal purposes" or such other general worded purpose will not be considered compliant with the requirement. In such a case, the FRO shall require the requesting party to clarify or indicate sufficiently her/his request before the request will be accepted for processing".
