Thank you for your request dated Sep 24, 2021 07:41:00 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Boulevard 2000 Integrated Framework Plan. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, pursuant to PRA Manual Revised 2021 Edition, under Section Nos. 4.2.5 " In case the request for information is in connection with a school-sanctioned project, thesis or other scholarly pursuit, an endorsement letter from the educational institution should be attached to the request" and 4.3.3 " If the information will be used for thesis, scholarly pursuit, audio and visual presentation, the requesting party shall execute an undertaking that the PRA will be provided with the output/manual/thesis/recognition where the requested information was used and/or utilized. The pro-forma undertaking will send to your email once your request is accepted. Hence, kindly comply the requirement and resubmit your request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to General Manager/CEO Atty. Janilo E. Rubiato at info@pea.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
