Hi! I have tried to renew my PRC ID but unfortunately I encountered a problem renewing it online. I put an incorrect year instead of 1986 I entered 2011 on my birthdate. Then i got a mismatch information on my PRC Online Portal Account . I'm humbly asking for help in your good office about this matter.
