Medyo confused po talaga ako kung sino po talaga ang merong jusrisdiction na mag sign and seal sa PLUMBING DESIGN and PLUMBING PERMIT. Meron kasi ako nakikita na nakalagay is "SANITARY/PLUMBING PERMIT".  Yung plano kasi na nakikita ko is "PLUMBING" pero ang nag-pipirma is Sanitary Engineer. Allowed po ba ang Sanitary Engineer na mag sign and seal sa PErmit and PLans ng Pumbing? Naguguluhan po kasi talaga ako sa Form kung sino ang pipirma..
