Your Request

You asked if you can get your Board Certificate (Lupon) even without going to PRC.

Response to Request

Board Certificate is a personal copy that you need to claim personally to the PRC office where you filed your registration. However, If you are unable to claim the document personally, you may send an authorized representative to claim it provided that the following are submitted:

An authorization letter or Special Power of Attorney from the applicant; and
A photocopy of the ID of both the applicant and the representative bearing their signatures.
