You asked for certificate of board(lupon) and certificate of board rating.

Response to your request

Your request is a frontline service transaction and  not valid as FOI request. For your Board Certificate, you need to claim it to the PRC office where you registered.  Online Services will accept application for Certifications of Board Rating and Passing but you need to proceed still on your appointment date and place. Secure an online appointment through https://online.prc.gov.ph,  https://online1.prc.gov.ph, and https://online2.prc.gov.ph and select the designated appointment place.

Payments will be accepted through the following options:

LANDBANK Link BizPortal (ePayment Portal) via:
LANDBANK ATM Cards
Bancnet Member-Bank's ATM / Debit
Globe GCash
Over-the-counter at any UCPB branch (Validation within 2-3 working days)
PRC Cashiers (At the chosen appointment place and appointment date ONLY)
