I've been trying to contact technical services and your office to no avail. Record mismatch message is preventing me to register for the veterinary E-oath taking. I've seen an identical problem from others and I may consider my middle name is typed as an initial as the root problem. I've been trying to connect through technical assistance for days still no reply from them.
