Hello there, 

I have made a transaction with PRC for renewing my license but when I tried making another transaction today I received an error that my record does not match theirs despite having several transactions before in the online portal. Would there be any chance of correcting the mismatched record? It says that it has something to do with my name but I'm not really sure what was it, please help. Thank you!
