Hi I just want to know if what would I type on the appointment because you don't have options for marriage advisory only death,birth and marriage certificates. .

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
