I am Marcos, John Gabriel M. Alabat from Malolos, Bulacan. I am currently studying BS Architecture at Bulacan State University, and am searching for pertinent information that will help me through my architectural thesis. It is a proposed International School of the Philippines.

In line with this, I would like to request for a copy of the basic and functional literacy rate of every province in the Philippines.

I am looking forward to receiving a file as soon as possible.

Please take note that the estimates for functional literacy is limited at National and Regional level only.

Also, the 2019 Functional Literacy, Education and Mass Media Survey is still in process and is expected to be released by second semester of 2020.
