I would like to request for NDHS 2017 data.
I am currently working on a paper on Impact of HIV Testing on Usage of Condom.
I plan to use matching method thus the need to control for other variables for matching purposes.

You asked for NDHS 2017.
Response to Request
We would like to inform you that on requesting for NDHS datafile, we request that you:
1. Send a letter of formal request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Agency Head/Thesis Adviser of the requester indicating the specific data, its reference period, and the purpose of using the data to email@example.com
2. Once the request is approved, we will send you Data Product Agreement for your signature.
3. Requested data will be provided to you once required documents are processed and approved.
In the meantime, we ask you to visit our information center (library) at PSA-CVEA bldg, East Ave. Diliman Q.C. Bring with you copy of your sent formal request letter and we will execute the signing of the product agreement before we provide the datafile.
