Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 23, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Baptismal Certificate.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have process or provide baptismal certificate.

Our agency can only process request for civil registry certificates. 

For your request, you may coordinate with parish offices where you were born.
