Hi,

I would like to request for the copy of PSA birth certificate of “Mary Ann Robis Gaborni Avalon” for clarification concern about possible COC misrepresentation of her last name.

If this is not possible, May I request instead for a legal documentation that we can use to prove that her last name should be spelled “Avalon” instead of “Abalon”.

Thanks
