Good Day!
I am Aila Marie B. Ramos, I lost my NCAE results and I would like to ask for a duplicate of my results as it is a requirement on my upcoming graduation this year, I took my NCAE exam in the year 2015 and since then I lost my results. 
I am hoping that I can have a duplication of my NCAE results as I want to graduate with complete requirements to fulfill my goals and dreams.
I took my exam at General Mariano Alvarez, Technical High School, Cavite.

Your FOI request is approved.To Request for NCAE Duplicate Certificate of Ratings (COR) Personal appearance/or through a representative:
 a) accomplish the NCAE COR request slip at the BEA verification room; 
b) wait for the verification of the BEA staff from data base; and 
c) pay for the COR through e-mail by sending a letter of request to bea.ead@deped.gov.ph 

The BEA staff will verify at the database and will inform requesting party

Your right to request a review
