Hi!  This is Ms. Joy Lamod. 
I graduated from PUP Mulanay, year 2010.

I am now taking another bachelor's degree in La Concordia College.   My current school is asking for my NSTP Serial Number.  Upon request to PUP Mulanay Registrar, I was told that the school does not provide NSTP serial number to CWTS but only for ROTC.

May I know where and how can I request for my NSTP Serial Number to comply with my current school's requirement.

Response to your request

PUP does not issue NSTP Serial Number. It is issued by the CHED Regional Office that issues the NSTP Serial Number. You may contact PUP Mulanay to request from CHED-Region IV-A.
