Hi, I am writing to request a copy of all the new foreign-invested companies that were established and registered in the Philippines with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2022, as part of a research project I am undertaking. 

Ideally, the data set I am looking to source in respect of each SEC foreign-invested registration in 2022 includes:
1.	Company Name; 
2.	Business Location or Registered Address; 
3.	Percentage of registered Foreign Equity;
4.	Country of Origin of Foreign Investment;
5.	Business or Industry Sector; and
6.	Date of Incorporation or Registration with the SEC.

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request for List of foreign-invested companies registered with SEC to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.
